We want you to be fully satisfied with your ferm LIVING purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
